First thing I want to say is this: I decided to take a hiatus from writing Hellwave.
I know this might disappoint some of you readers and fans in here, but I feel I need to do so due to changing circumstances in my life, and I'm kinda feeling worn out from writing the current Hellwave chapters. Because of that, I decided to take a temporary hiatus. It's not about abandoning the Hellwave story; it's just that I believe it would be better for me to release Hellwave chapters in future under better circumstances.
So how long will the temporary hiatus last? The answer is I can't give a definitive one right now, but the most optimistic estimate is that it will last until 2027/2028. The worst-case scenario would be 2029.
During this period, I want to focus on other responsibilities and priorities that require my attention. While writing Hellwave has been an incredible journey, I feel that taking some time away will help me recharge creatively and come back with a clearer vision for the story.
I want to sincerely thank everyone who has supported Hellwave over the years. Whether you've been following the story from the beginning or joined recently, your comments, feedback, theories, and encouragement have meant a lot to me. Seeing people enjoy the world and characters I've created has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
Please don't take this hiatus as the end of Hellwave. The story is still very much alive in my mind, and I fully intend to continue it when the time is right. I'd rather pause and return with the quality and passion that the story deserves than force myself to keep writing when I'm not at my best.
Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support. I hope you'll still be around when Hellwave eventually returns.
