Victor Calloway's life of crime comes to an end in 1980 - and he finds himself on the run by 1985. Repurposed for a secretive government project, he soon finds that his new position of managing a young test subject isn't a job that he can abide by - and a freak-chance encounter results in he and the girl being changed forever.
