It has been two centuries and a half since the event known as the "Meltdown" occurred, previously the world relied on an energy known as the "Particle" a byproduct power source related to atomic processing. Though the world has advanced a lot, all of it is undone when pillars of "Light Mushrooms" lit up the sky, breaking apart the civilization as it once was, as refineries across the globe all melted down together, sending technology back by a few centuries, to an era of rediscovery. In the Western Atomic Seas, the new wave of the age re-colonization of the New World, has brought upon those seeking fame, treasure and wealth. And with promises, came the allure of legends of one Pirate Captain Flynt and the treasures of the Old Civilization he had left behind.
