A story where the main character, Onyx, gets a second chance at life after being locked away the last 100 years. Of course, but unlike most people, no one knows what onyx looks like, onyx doesn't even speak, the last 100 years they had called them buddy because no one knew, and still don't know what their gender is. Is onyx even human? Only onyx knows all that. But it isn't easy for them once they are free, after all onyx came from a time where gems being used as money wasn't a thing, trading was the key way to obtain items and food. Taxes' weren't a thing too... or they weren't so costly. But now they have to learn to adapt and change. But they are not along. As the story goes on, Onyx will meet many people while trying to decode their own dreams and nightmares and their meanings, all while helping everyone along the way who asks for help. Enjoy.
