When a great Evil emerges, there are always those who rise to fight it. And with their best efforts, blood, and sacrifice, the Heroes always come up triumphant in the end, almost as divine intervention. Evil has been banished, and the land can regrow anew. But what about those caught on the margins of such colossal conflict? Cities have been demolished, forests burned down, and now that the great Enemy is gone, what will happen to all of those affected by the Chaos? What about the creatures of the Darkness, now spread around the land, lurking in the shadows, with no master to serve and no goal except to sow destruction? What happens on the next dawn, after the Heroes are done with their battle and their enemy is defeated? Who will take care of the innocents who had their lives destroyed by that pursuit?
